  14.    I've tried everything I can think of and most of the suggestions 
  15. offered here.  I already knew that the motherboard was labeled wrong and 
  16. I installed 3.1 the same way that 2.04 came out.  I even took the advice 
  17. of a Software Hut tech that told me to try putting them in the way the 
  18. motherboard was labeled (knew it wouldn't work but tried it anyway).  RED 
  19. SCREEN on start-up does mean "Bad ROM checksum" from what I've read here 
  20. on the net so I am once again going to send them back for a new set.

  22. There was one guy (all I know is that he was from Canada) that told me 
  23. there was a new set just released for rev 8.9 of the motherboard.  If he 
  24. is reading this please e-mail me.  I'd like to talk to you about this.
